And here I was hoping for a bit of oddball news only to find out the the String Cheese Incident is just some group or music or something... What a let down  |

Im not really a fan of the band myself, but I know my friend is and will be trying to catch their show at the Mother Hall in Osaka on the 30th.

I hope to. But tix are about 6000 yen so definitely not cheap, as I have to travel to and from Tokyo as well.... AND, it's on a freakin' Wednesday night.
Sage: I was completely ignorant about their music until recently... But they're my friend's favorite group.... As soon as I heard them, I figured they'd be nice to see.
They're a jam band that incorporates everything from bluegrass, to Afro-beat to rock, etc, etc. Look them up on wikipedia and download some songs... They allow recording at all their live concerts so trading their music is 100% OK.... (as long as it's not for commercial gain)... |
