These people are also on our Black List. Multi company names, email addresses, aliases, etc.
They use a shill calling himself Zhou Qiming, with aliases of Walter and Bob. In one case, he hijacked a username and password from an ESL forum, and used that teacher's name and email for contacts.
Request resumes from teachers, then post under their own names and 'sell' teachers to highest bidder. Bad bunch.
