Highly doubtful. This is the sort of thing they don't want you to know because it is so embarrassing and irritating to them. What they want you to believe is that they are omnipotent and getting fat; hence the usual bluff and bluster in the rodent's latest decree, which has just appeared on the MLI Limbo mailing list.
If you haven't seen it, it's good for a few laughs. but he sounds like he needs a few more weeks for whatever he's taking to level him off.
Meanwhile, here's a groaner for you Cert Universitarians:

Straight from the rodent's keyboard:
[R] will be in charge of the Abu Dhabi program, day and evening; [K] will handle the outlying campuses.
In the interim, all initial placement testing and ALCPT testing will be conducted in Abu Dhabi under the direction of [H].
So the positions appear to be those of handler. outlier (or outliar), and tester.
Actually, I suspect that PP13 is making the common mistake of believing that any of this stuff is planned or decided before it comes shuddering and stuttering out from under Uncle Billy's fingers. |

Gosh BD - thought you were now in Qatar! Still purporting to speak for what's left of the 'MLI' staff from afar?? Good on you! And about your link: what's wrong with having a vision/mission/philosophy? I don't remember MLI having anything like one in the last couple of years. Probably why it's practically morphed into a CERT function/dead and buried. |

I'm speaking only for myself. For whom do you purport to speak?

Having a vision/mission/philosophy is not the same thing as publishing a vision/mission/philosophy. It's roughly the difference between playing a good game and talking a good game. |

Uncle Billy:"So, what do you make of all these new Cert changes?"
Captain Kangaroo: "Changes!What changes?"
Uncle Billy: "Oh, never mind.Wake up the Day Co-ordinator and get him to rustle up some coffee".
Day Co-Ordinator: "Coffee!What coffee?" |

Jeez, now that he's gone does this mean I have to change my name? Can anyone give me some ideas for my next account name. |

Former MLIers and MLIars: There is an attorney in the Emirates who is interested in approaching GHQ and in going to court for money owed: final month's wages, "gratuity", etc. See MLI Limbo for contact info or get in touch through the grapevine. |
