Last week, our base commander promised us our contractor (DIFA, remember the name) would pay us Saturday or Sunday. They didn't. No news on the pay front.
We have to move out of this compound my 1 November. It is being torn down. Now, 21 days before Demolition Day, the Air Force disapproved the new compound (too far out of town for security).
So with three weeks to go we have word on anything. How exciting.
My resignation take effect 1 January. |
