Thinking of moving to Guadalajara to teach. What is the going rate at the moment for entry level teachers. I have a BA degree and TESL diploma, but no teaching experience in English but have taught in the past..
Does anybody know anywhere hiring at the moment.
Thanks

Not the best time of year right now as things are slowing down toward the holiday season, but you might find something. If you're looking at language schools, rates vary betwee 35 and 80 pesos or thereabouts, per hour, on 15-30 hrs per week.
Aiming higher? You might have to wait unti late January for any kind of uni or private colegio position to open up. |
