| I am curious to learn about how one can find a job as either a teacher trainer or director of studies. I have ESL experience in China and at the university level in the states, and will be completing an MA in TESOL shortly - what else should I do (besides return to China) to improve my chances? Are people hired from the outside when vacancies like these arise in schools, or are people within typically promoted? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks. |
