I have recently gotten a job offer from Changchun Merry Foreign Language School. I was wondering if anyone here has already worked there. Although their ad posted say they provide airfare reimbursement, the contract doesn't mention it. Also, they state they are "accredited by SAFEA". How can I check if that's true? Rolling Eyes

I don't know how or if you can check whether they are "accredited by SAFEA", but you can expect them to prove they have the right to hire you: do they have the relevant LICENCE to do so?
And if airfare is not clearly stipulated in that contract then that contract should not be accepted by you!

OK, I will ask them to include the airfare reimbursement in the contract, although they don't seem very willing to do that.
As to the relevant "licence to hire", is there any way I could check that? Should I ask them to see it?
Err, my sticky hasty fingers didn't hit the "s" key in the word "say" (their ad posted sayS...). Better not to type in a haste.
