You spend way too much time on Dave's when ...
you bang on your computer when you get that 'phpbb critical error could not connect to database' message
you start thinking of various Dave's members as 'part of your extended family'
you suggest opening a Dave's esl cafe gift shop with a focus on shirts 
you devote several hours a week to surfing for silly emoticons
but focus on smiley beer drinkers.

You take the 'critical error' message as a personal affront.
You stop wondering which country to visit next and start wondering which posters you should go and visit (it's always nice to take cyber stalking out in to the real world  ).
You have to get up at a ridiculous hour in order to make an appointment but you still log in to see who's been posting overnight.
You have composed and posted several poems dedicated to various other forum members...oh wait, that's just me

Or you have to be out the door for work in 5 minutes and log onto Dave's for ten.
But responding to posts is far more important than a silly time stamp! |

You find yourself walking down the street in a highly distressed emotional state, thinking of different ways you should have responded to other posters..... And In the midst of talking to yourself and then breaking into fits of uncontrolled laughter, you notice everyone gawking at you with expressions of horror, surpise, confusion and or disgust.........at which point you start to question your sanity.
