I second the flying west thing. It is always easier then flying back east. For me, Jet lag wasn't much of a problem flying to Japan. Fly back home to the USA was. Water, stretch your legs often, and something to keep you busy. If you get a jet that has your own personnal TV then that will be nice because you can choose what movies to watch.
