| saw a mid 90's model Ford Escort stationwagon with with NYPD stickers on the doors back window and hood. It had sirens on the top of it and what looked like a CB and possibly a police monitor inside. A small shi tsu was in the passenger seat. The Japanese man wore a NYPD jacket |
