OP, your life and thinking seems to be dominated by "rejecting" what the world has to offer. Look at your posts and the objections you make to the opportunities presented to you. Almost any of them would serve the purpose- get you working and earning money. But no, nothing is quite suited to you.

Look further, this pattern is repeated in your rejection of your country, it's laws, regulation of anykind, even contracts....

I think your life could begin to improve immediately, if you could stop this pattern of behavior- stop rejecting, start accepting, and start living the life that lies before you.

I certainly do not want you teaching in my school.

Leave Pakistan out of this. Fine cricket players who understand the cultural importance of tea. So they can't be bad, right?

"The short answer is that I ask nothing from my government and I give nothing in return. I won't die for my (or any) country or pay taxes."

I don't think I've ever seen a clearer or braver statement of intent to be a parasite.

If you intend to work for a company, school, or any sort of business or institution you're relying on govt to provide a commercial structure in which they can flourish. If you expect to be paid in money you depend on govt to provide for stable mechanism to convert your labor into portable value. If you expect to walk home with your money you expect govt to provide security so that you aren't robbed or beaten. When you're sick you'd have to partake of the accumulation of medical skills and knowledge funded for by others over centuries.

In short, you're willing to give what it takes to support true anarchy (meaning nothing), but right now you're being forced to accept all the core services provided by govt and paid for by others. I can see why that's a source of discontent--here's an approach to put your life back on an honest and self-respecting path.

You're in Canada, right? Take your $3000 and take the train/bus as far north as you can go. When you get to the end of the line fill up a backpack with as much provisioning as you can get--buy a mule if you can and load him up, too--and start hiking north. When you're out of food, money and mule find a nice comfortable spot and build a shelter. Try to forget everything you learned in that govt school growing up about science, technology, biology, etc and go into hunter-gatherer mode. Then you can serenely live out your days as an honest man dependent on nobody and nobody dependent on you.

Do not take anybody with you! If you do, they will quickly come to the conclusion that life can be improved by cooperation. Therein madness lies, and I will tell you that despicable notion is so widespread in the degenerate world that I don't think you can find another soul free of it--it will become a constant source of irritation and hardship for you.

Go live and be free--you're fortunate to have that opportunity as a Canadian, why do you want to go to China?

I enjoyed Bali in 1996, I loved it for ever. Kuta was my place.

My buddy had testicular cancer and got the medical care he needed that our taxes pay for. He is alive and well now. Oh Canada! I think you are running away from everything trying to be Mr. Philosopher You had some great or should I say fantastic opportunities in your life from living in other countries considering you have no degree and a criminal record but you gave it all away because of some stupid philosophy. You got lucky many times making decent cash without a degree and a criminal record! But you ran away because things weren't good enough for you. I bet you were a spoiled little boy growing up. Soon your luck will run out and you will be in some shat hole in India with a pregnant prostitute with you weighing about 90 pounds telling college backpackers "Yeah man the mule and hiking up north and building your own shack and not caring what the government thinks! Dont put your money in bank accounts I keep mine up my ass inside a small black film container! Fallow my philosophy!" Sometimes its good not to be over philosophical and accept the great things life has given you and stop running because soon your luck will run out.

Here's my suggestion:

1) Buy a degree, around $150 U.S.
2) Go to China
3) Go to either Liaoning, Heilongjang or some other northern province
where only a Canadian or Norwegian could stand the weather and where they subsequently pay through the teeth for teachers
4) Get a job standing in front of a class as a white face
5) Get housing & visa from school
6) Get paid 6000 RMB or $750/month US which translates into 880.015 loonies a month
7) Transfer this into your offshore
8 ) Light a big fat Cuban cigar (because in China, as in Canada, they're not illegal, unlike some other types of smokes)
9) As the pea soup eaters in your country would say, voila ("mission accomplished")

And where exactly would I get this degree from? And wouldn't that be a fake degree? I'm sure it would work in places like Thailand, Taiwan, and Japan, right? What do you think?

Where would I get an online degree anyway? Are you talking about those life experience degrees? Oh and I've also heard that most degrees (fake ones) are usually detected easily by the immigration policies.

PaulH....why do you think that a fake degree wont get by the officials in Japan? I happen to know, with 100% certainty of one teacher here who has worked for ECC for a long time who has a fake degree. If you met him you would know in a second too that there is no way even in these free market times that there would be a university that he could get into.

You could always save a 100$ and order one of those instant degrees. Had a friend who did that and actually got his working visa in Korea that way. The degree looks cool and real and your name really is listed as a graduate student...! You could give it a try.

As for the 400$ a month.. well, is it canadian money or US money... cause I worked in a small town in china and was able to save 400CAN$ / month on a 5000Y pay... The rural city where I was was really nice and I could get 5$ meals at every restaurants.. (my accomodation was free).

Did your friend get his instant degree online? What's the URL address?
