Well, it's Christmas, or it's not, depending on where you are.
Here's a thread to post your Christmas pics, however it is or isn't celebrated where you are.
Mexico is very Catholic, but Mexico City is also very commercial, so I don't find it very different from Canada. Today I bought a 2.7 m Douglas Fir from Oregon and here it is ready to be trimmed.
and you?

Well that's interesting! Nice pics. Here are a couple more.
The tree is decorated!
My wife likes little doodads everywhere. Right down to the dancing Rudolph wine bottle stopper.

Hey thanks! I thought I should get into the Christmas spirit. Great link, I really enjoyed it. Once I get settled in Japan I am thinking about using one of my weeks holiday to go back to Thailand and do one of the mahout training programs they have in Chiang Mai. Am more tempted by the 10-30 day programs but guess I'd better start small.
Love the dancing elephants!

I kept Rudolph from drinking the wine, so no red nose as yet.
Here's someone who goes just a little too far for Christmas.

Guy, you need to post a warning before you put up a picture like that. Kids might see it. |

Yes, having watched enough british underworld movies I think I am at liberty to have a general assumption about all of britain being crazed killers, drug dealers, and weirdo bus drivers. |

Mexico City's tree, brought you by Coca-Cola. In the background is Latin America's tallest building.
