What's happened to it? When I CLICK ON A REGION I get taken to the Job Discussion Forums.

The software was from the old forum and would have had to be maintained separately.

The old forums did not have a permanent archive feature, so the Job Information Journal was necessary, as otherwise information would disappear into the ether. However the current forum software allows retrieval of all postings, and so a separate place is no longer necessary.
