The big news is that Nova JMA is now Interglobal powered. How much better or worse things will be now is uncertain. Getting paid for claims through JMA Mitsui Sumitomo was pretty difficult, my guess it's going to be a lot more difficult with offshore Interglobal. That's probably the point actually, since Nova knows that most people who start working for Nova leave in six months. That's less than the time it takes to get a claim completed. Most people who are insured by them will forget about it and go home.
