Has anyone attended an aa meeting in Tokyo or anywhere for that matter. How helpful is it? |

Absolutely pathetic responses. Sorry ava77. Wish I could give you a decent response to your question. I wish you the best. |

Assuming we're talking about meetings for ex-pats, why would they be different from anywhere else? |

Yes, I was rude to say those things.
I am sorry for mocking alcoholism.
I did it because I thought it was funny.
In fact, alcoholism is not funny at all. It is horribly destructive and I have not appreciated the problems that people trying to give up that problem are going through.
Again, I apologize. |

I attended meetings in Saitama. Haven't had a drink in over 2 1/2 years.
Never been to meetings in Tokyo but know someone who does.
Meetings are very helpful for some people, necessary even.
One day at a time.
PM me if I can help you. |
