| William, I've read a couple of your posts about the Beijing job market. I agree with what you say about the downward trend in pay. Honestly, it sounds like it's time for you to move onto something else. |

In my opinion, RMB 150 should be the minimum rate for any somewhat self-respecting teacher in big cities, such as Beijing or Shanghai. For corporate training (business English), I think RMB 200 to 250 would be closer to the mark.
