William, I've read a couple of your posts about the Beijing job market. I agree with what you say about the downward trend in pay. Honestly, it sounds like it's time for you to move onto something else.

In my opinion, RMB 150 should be the minimum rate for any somewhat self-respecting teacher in big cities, such as Beijing or Shanghai. For corporate training (business English), I think RMB 200 to 250 would be closer to the mark.
