I have heard but can not verify the following

People complete and honor the contracts. Leave with said ticket.
And just come back with the new ticket the new employer
pays them. They are reimigrated, and all is good.

I hear that some do not fulfill contracts: just leave:

never heard of Western expat being rejected if they had a proper
exit visa and then re-entered with a new sponser. some schools
will do it, some wont.

if you don�t ask they don�t tell is the rule with some schools.

Why didn't you just post this as a reply to my previous message? Ta anyway - let's just hope it works. Being me, I was just basing my question on the "legal" aspect of things - I hadn't heard of anyone going and re-entering. Hopefully will be able to give it a try though.
