I'm hoping to get some guidance on the best place to get my TEFL cert. I want something cheap but quality is just as important. I prefer southern Thailand. Perhaps Krabi.

Please share with me where you got your certs.
What do you recommend?

Thank you
Lane

to be honest cheap and good are usually exclusive when it comes to most things in life including tefl courses.

Go for the CELTA in Bangkok or TELF Internationals TESOL in Ban Phe.

The only one that I see in Krabi doesn't have name recognition.

There are others in Ban Phe and Chiang Mai. I'm thinking about SIT:

mlomker,

Didn't you say on another thread that you'd always wanted to get a master's degree, and that's why you want to get the SIT? Does SIT offer a master's degree abroad? Your link points to a certificate program only.
