Hi, I just want to know if this is just happening to me, but it looks like someone has erased all of today's posts. At first I thought it was just mine, but now it looks like a bunch of them are missing. Anyone?

I don't want to repost what I've written if it was erased purposely.

Lots of things disappear for no apparent reason. Whole threads have vanished. Its wisest not to ask questions. The same applied in China when I was there. At least its only posts disappearing in this case.

Nope, you're not alone. Seems the same thing has happened to me. I've also lost a few emails in my pm folder that I've received and sent out earlier on.

Ooooo a conspiracy! I like it.

It is too bad though, there were some really funny stories under the strangest student thread that disappeared. Very Happy

I had about 4 posts deleted today, might be the server, not a conspiracy.

Razz But conspiracy sounds so much better than server problem.

Dave is in the midst of moving to a new server. It's possible the disappearance of the threads is related to such a move. If it is, my guess (only a guess) is they are gone for good.

Also, if you'll note, the board seems to be much faster. At least, it does to me.

Some posts disappeared - Mr. K didn't. Wink

Good to see the forum on a new server...and an end to critical error messages!

FRIENDLY SUGGESTION:

Write your posts in word. Save them. Cut and paste to Dave's.
