I worked for Nova for exactly a year and realize that I likely have some tax refund due back to me. Nova refunded some back into my check at the end of 2004, but after leaving in 2005 I'm leaving some money on the table.
Has anyone used or heard about experiences with Taxback.com? I Googled them and there are some bad experiences out there, but nothing overwhelming. (Nova gets hammered worse than they do!)
Are there other sources that I could use that may be more reputable? Keeping in mind, like most employees of Nova, I didn't partipate in the pension or health care programs.
