| Is CELTA spoken as one word? Is it pronounced with a hard C as in cat or with a soft C as in celery? |

Spoken as one word. "c" as in "celery."

My actual name is Kevin, so a tiny little bit yes.  Here in the US, however, we screw up Keltic and Celtic words quite a bit, so it's always better to ask.  |
