Dear All who work for Interac especially those in Chiba. If your April pay has been pro rated, well it`s a bunch of nonsense! April pay shouldn`t have been pro rated as it was not stated on the contract. I am so dissapointed with how Interac deals with pay like this.

They start the contracts about April 6th for a reason. I think it is worth about 35,000 yen when all is said and done.

It actually starts on the 5th of April and the salary shouldn`t have been pro rated anyway because it goes against what the contract says

Ya well that is why there is a union branch at Interac.

http://www.interacunion.org

It is a part of the National Union of General Workers Tokyo South

Well, I heard that there's only one person in the Union. Years ago, the Union was quite active. There were protests outside the Interac head office and now they have security systems installed at Head Office. Says it all!

Whether there is 1 or 100, why should it stop anyone from contacting them?

Interac does this kind of stuff all the time, the contracts they dish out are not worth the paper they are written on.

this company is illegal and dodgy, they are also well know liars...
