This is just silly. Rolling Eyes

10 days in Japan to job-hunt cannot have been enough. 10 days just to sightsee is barely enough, and 10 days to job-hunt only is definitely not enough.

Me being someone who came without a job, looked for work and found it after a little over a week should know. But A) we were lucky and B) we sure weren't doing any sightseeing...

Hunting for a job in Japan is no different than hunting for a job back home. It takes time and dedication.

Sounds to me like Mary's goals/priorities changed and she must've given up on her wish to work in Japan.

Yes. That's why I asked if anyone had seen or heard from her after all her questions (and plans) on this and other forums. Many on this forum were kind and patient in attempting to guide her and so deserve a thank you. You are a good bunch.
