On the whole, it seems ok. The last lines look a little odd, about not telling anyone about this job and that it is a "contract" job. I'd ask about what they mean by contract, especially what the benefits are (health insurance copayments, pension, etc.). I didn't check out the other links, nor have I heard of this place. Perhaps others can add more.

Glenski, those things at the bottom are standard notices on craigslist which are meant to limit getting spammed.

skybluepink2, the offer looks good, but I also don't know the school. I never lived in that area of Japan.

Does Japan allow outsiders to teach little kids? I know some asian countries don't allow it, and it's illegal to teach there.

There aren't any laws against teaching tots.
