Very important as the majority of my classes are sitting having a chat for an hour with no real structure. |

Hopefully the STUDENTS will be doing most of the talking so the teachers' 'gift of the gab' is not of much importance. Maybe it is more important in an interview/networking situation though. |

I would also note that while big talkers may be able to go on for longer, they also have more trouble grading their language.
I personally am generally succinct and to the point which I think makes it easier communicating with students. |
