| I think the increased amount of censorship on the web in the PRC will mute many of the complaints or warnings by teachers much like it has started doing on Taiwan. |
Please give us even one example of censorship in Taiwan. Just ONE!
You likely won't answer this request, because it's just not true.
Another completely irresponsible statement by Aristotle. |

If it were true then sites such as buxiban.com would cease to exist in Taiwan. I mean a site that archives complaints (and compliments) about schools and recruiters in Taiwan would surely be in the cross hairs of this government censorship.
To the contrary at least one Taiwanese government website actually links to our site, and the Ministry of Education in Taiwan is a regular visitor to our site according to the webstats.
Once again Aristotles claims are proven to be inaccurate. |

And which teacher stated that? Nobody here, that's for sure.
Busted again. |

I hate to say this, but there is ample censorship going on here in Taiwan. However, it's not being done at the hands of the ROC nor the PRC. The knife is in the hands of the self-important mods of many of the local expat forums. A small part of the reason I don't post at forumosa anymore is the heavy-handedness of the censors over there. There is even some evidence of censorship in these here parts. TaiwanHo people. The thinking man's forum. |
