This article confirms what many have already thought, but political correctness discourages people from broaching this subject.

Ghost believes the same, but......and here is a big but, women compensate for lack of innate intelligence, by virtue of being harder workers and by scoring higher on the emotional intelligence scales.

Once again, men may have more innate intelligence when it comes to understanding difficult mathematical and spatial concepts, but ghost believes this does not tell the whole story.

Ghost believes that women, in general, run their lives in a more ``intelligent```way, compared with men. They are less prone to self destructive behaviour for example (excess drinking, driving fast, consuming too much food, and other things).

Also women, ghost believes, are much more intelligent in the department of social networking and talking with friends...about everything and anything. This is therapeutic, and it is good to have people to confide in, besides your own family.

Women, in general, are also harder workers and more responsible than men, even taking cultural and national boundaries into account.

During the time ghost spent teaching and studying Chinese (Mandarin) in Taichung, Taiwan, it was noticeable that women really were the leaders in many aspects of the economy of Taiwan.....owning stores, running hotels, language schools and other businesses. When ghost questioned the Taiwanese about this, it transpired that the cause of this was that most Taiwanese men were lazy.

At the University where ghost studied Mandarin (Providence University, Taichung County, Taiwan) every teacher in the Foreigners Chinese Language Department was female, including the head of the Department. When ghost studied Turkish at Tomer University of Ankara, it was the same story - all of the ghost teachers were on the distaff (female) side.

It was (and still is) female dominance the whole way. And in general ghost prefers to have a female versus male teacher (for learning languages) because they (females) tend to place closer attention to small details, possess more empathy, and generally have a better ``ear`` to correct pronunciation errors, which is a critical factor in successfully learning a tonal language like Mandarin.

For the above reasons, and others, ghost actually believes in the innate superiority of the female over the male, despite the fact that males possess more intelligence potential in the area of spatial awareness and velocity in grasping difficult mathematical concepts.....

Cat-Women of the Moon (1953)
directed by Arthur Hilton

Five astronauts travel to the dark side of the moon on a scientific expedition. There they discover a cave which somehow retains a breathable atmosphere. They remove their space suits and venture on, soon finding a buried city where the last members of a 2 million year old civilization greet them with food and drink. Little do they know that these eight lovely leotard-clad women are planning to steal their ship.

I Want to Be a Woman (1977)
directed by Vicente Aranda

&

Let Me Die A Woman (1978)
Directed by Doris Wishman

A documentary on the work of sex-change specialist Dr.Leo Wollman, including interviews with Dr.Wollman and a few of his patients, with an illustrated lecture on the various aspects of transsexuality plus actual footage of a sex-change operation, which is what gives the film its notoriety.

That stuff is total bull!

As a former Biology major (and one is very interested in genetics) I have seen no evidence to support these ideas. While genetics are very important, lets face it - there's not much hope for you if you've got Down's Syndrome, however most scientists believe that a child's environment has more of an effect on intelligence than genetics. Just as an English speaker's child will speak English, a parent with a higher IQ will provide an environment to foster a higher IQ in their child. If men have higher IQs than women it has everything to do with the roles that are expected of young children while they are growing up and being educated.
Teachers play a major role in the development of a child's education. For example, teachers regularly favor students who are attractive over unattractive students....how does that affect the ugly little buggers!
If women are more emotionally intelligent and better at communication it is because those are the expectations placed on them by society and such. Since the dawn of patriarchal societies women have not been encouraged to develop high IQs.
I am not arguing that any of this is bad...besides, I would rather be more emotionally intelligent and better at communication than some stinky boy, but rather I am saying that the idea that men have a greater capacity than women is BULL!

Besides, the person with the highest IQ is a woman.
