I know someone who worked for Aeon. They werent impressed. Got screwed over hours, - 29.5 was a joke, more like 40plus; no. of classes; no overtime etc. though schedule was so loaded had to do extra hours to prepare to teach it. Worked hard, long hours, but nothing was ever good enough. Go Nova I say - walk in, walk out.  |
