Not sure if search is working wrong, tried a dave's search and a google search and couldn't come up with any results for the TEFL Institute...
Every time I look on Craigslist, they've got an advert up. I work full-time and need flexibility. I know some frown on the online courses... but anyone got any reviews/opinions on this particular course?
I've also been looking at the oxford seminars because I can do it as a weekend thing.
Anyone? |

I can tell you about Oxford Seminars. My friend took their short weekend course. He seemed to like it and it gave him some confidence before heading out to China. That's all you can really ask for from a TESL certificate. |

Not true. You can ask for a whole lot more than that. But maybe not from an on line or weekend course. Should try to make the time before you start your TEFL career to take a course that will prepare you, not just give you a little confidence. There are plenty that offer 4 week courses that are reputable, don't just settle for getting confidence, actually get trained! |
