They say here that in DF, it's 'cold in the shadows, and warm in the sun'. And it seems true...stand in a shadow and it feels 20 C cooler than in the sun.

This morning's news said three more days of cold.
We've gotten down to 6�C and they are saying tonight it could go down to 4�!

I tried complaining to my stepsister in Calgary, Canada about the cold snap we're having here. Fell on deaf ears as she told me about the -20C and hip deep snow weather they're getting.

Distrito Federal, or Federal District, roughly meaning Mexico City.
