Hey guys, I am looking at 2 schools,
1 provides a shared flat and pays 10k gross and the other pays 16k gross with no flat. They both provide healthcare!

For 6,000 monthly, you can get no more than a room in a shared flat, unless you want to be far from the city centre in a panelak - or if you get super-lucky (unlikely).
\I guess you are probably better off to go with the provided flat, but I'd ask a lot of questions regarding location and whether it's warm and decently equipped. You won't get any luxuries, for sure, but location can make up for it. By location, I mean near either good tram or metro connections. The bus gets old.
