Basically, one poster scammed another, a particularly bigoted and unpopular character, into giving put personal details in a PM, believing that he was being considered for an interview by a character from a New Zealand Television Programme

The scammer then held an open to all comers discussion on Gpot about whether he should go public with the information (the scammee was a particularly unpopular member who had threatened various other members with violence and taunted another member who had cancer) to the general amusement of all but the scammee and his sidekick.

As I said: You probably had to have been there to have appreciated it.
