I know I posted a message like this before but I just want to check some other things and any help would be much appreciated.

So in my last post I was told to get a business visa I would need 50000$ to get one of those so that option is out however I heard that if I had a Japanese friend who could set up the business on paper and I ran it that this is a viable way of setting up.
The vague plan as I have it is to work for a legit company in the mornings and nbuild up enough privates to go it alone but if this was to happen can any body point out how to make a company legitimate. Also if I went it alone how does your visa work if the company on paper was Japanese owned can it still sponsor you?
I know their are many hurdgles and difficulties in going it alone but any advice is much appreciated.

To make a company legit you have to register it as a yugen gaisha or a limited partnership. Nowadays you can start one with one yen capital but there are strings attached.

To become self employed you need a visa that requires no sponsor such as permanent resident status or spouse visa.

You can not really be a sponsored employee and a boss/owner at the same time of your own school.

Hi. Was wondering where would one go to get this yugen gaisha? I was also considering starting up and have permanent residency.
