I am thinking of accepting a ESL position in Cuidad Guzman at ICTC school has anyone heard of this or can anyone tell me anything about the area or reputation of the school, cost of living, what to expect? ETC?

From your previous posts it sounds as if this is your first ESL teaching job after an online course and that you don't have prior teaching experience. If this is the case, then go for it. You have to gain experience somewhere. The school co-ordinator should be giving you all the information on cost of living, living arrangements and what to expect on the job.
