Does anyone know of a gym close to these stations, and wether a person can get single visit passes for gyms here?

Just up the street form ShinImamiya station is tennoji station. There are two big gyms there. One is Tipness and the other is Oasis. Tipness is in the Miyako hotel building opposite Mio and next to (or partially in) the Kintetsu building.
Oasis is in the Lucuis building (which is next to the Apollo building).

I don't know about single visits.
