Hey, Wanting to know, what is the longest time you've known or heard of someone that's worked for an eikaiwa or dispatch company.
Also, whats the age of the oldest person you've known to have worked or does work for the above?
Is there an age limit in Japan, i.e. when you get to 50 they wont renew your contract etc?
Thanks |

Longest I heard of (secondhand information) was 8 or 10 years at an eikaiwa.
Oldest person I heard of (again, secondhand) was in their 60s at an eikaiwa.
I'm sure there's an age limit, but it probably depends on the employer and your ability/performance. |
