I was wondering what the real salaries are.
How much do ECC and other companies get from the high schools?
How much do they pay the teachers and how much do they get for the introduction?
How much do dispatching companies usually get for a business class?
If you know the information, please post.
Thank you. |

I imagine it is about as much as you earn again.
While working for such a company in the UK, I was in the odd position of preparing the authorisations for payment from the company I was posted to, to my actual employer. For my services, my employer was receiving (including my share) just under twice what I was actually receiving. From rumours I have heard, this seems to be the pattern in Japan too. |

I work at a university in Osaka where some of the teachers are sent by a dispatch company (not ECC though) and while the salary for a teacher hired directly by the school is about 25,000 yen per 90 minute class per month- these teachers are getting about 20,000 yen per class or 25% less in their paypackets. they tend to get more classes per week than the 'regular' part time teachers but are paid quite a bit less per class. |
