Funny I never heard any suggestion that they were foreigners.
Also the report failed to mentioned that the employee (a woman) that the theives passed was punched in the face for her troubles. |

Yeah, I find that news stories in English about happenings in Japan often lack significant details. I read the stories in English and often feel like something is missing. I then check out the Japanese version and find that to be just the case. I'm sure it's a translation problem, but it's hard for me to believe that someone with my mediocre Japanese skills is probably more qualified to translate these stories than some of the people currently working for the big news publications here. |
