Some years ago, working at a school in Taksim: 3 times in 1 month I went to the classroom to find it empty. The students had been move or wanted to change rooms. Noone told me. I had to find my students. The students laughed at me.

Private College: Management? No management that I could see. Dept. head lied to parents and laughed after they left the room that she could get away with it. Once again, I sometimes went to classrooms to find them empty. oooo yeah, those children went to Istanbul to see "Gallipoli".
Shocked Uh? Couldn't let me know?

Dershane in Tekirdağ: Teachers had to find their own classrooms. Nothing assigned. They wandered around looking around for something available. Often doors opened during my lessons as they checked. "uh, pardon. pardon"

Yesterday, by getting info at the very last minute, I found myself at 6.55 with 3(X60 minutes) lessons starting at 7.00 and no lesson plan. Upper Int group. I hadn't even been able to look at the book.

These are examples from a very long list. I am so tired of the managers here.

Yeah, I know, I should be able to "rise to the moment". But I have risen so much over the last three years, I have a backache...

very often things are nothing to with the managers but the owners. They are the ones who rule the roost. However, the DOSes are the ones who take the sh@t. DOSes aren't paid enough...... are they Molly?
