Another teacher has resigned from Sohar College, making it the 3rd in the last 30 days. There is definitely something very rotten at the core of this College. My advice is to stay as far away from it as possible.
The Head of Department is close to a nervous break-down. It sounds incredible but the College has received its text-books for this semester only last week!
There are far better colleges in Muscat. Ok the pay is a bit less, but you will be a happier, less stressed teacher for it. And who doesn't prefer Muscat over a provincial back-water like Sohar? |

Steppy-boy, you are correct in your analysis of what is going so terribly wrong at Sohar College.
There are far better colleges to work for. |
