Has anyone done the i-to-i jobs abroad program which includes a short tefl course, orientation and a job contract. The scheme seems to offer good benefits, obviously depending on the country, I am thinking of either Taiwan, South Korea or Vietnam. Is this is a good way to do things, since I am 26, female, and will be travelling on my own, or should I do a 'proper' 100 hours plus TEFL course and apply for jobs after that?
Any help, ideas, suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Cheers! |

Have you done a search yet? Typing in "i to i" or "i-to-i" gave me quite a few hits. |

No need of i-to-i. Jobs available in all 3; well-paying enough in S. Korea and Taiwan to rapidly repay investment in 4-week Celta or equivalent (although you won't need it to land a job).
i-to-i charge for unrecognised training and offer volunteer opportunities and/or job-placement services to countries wherein jobs are easy enoug to come by. Avoid. |
