First off, I've searched the forum prior to this post, but to no avail. I'm looking for some help. I was enrolled in the Mutual Aid Association scheme for about 16 months. When it came time for me to leave Japan, I realized that I was never issued the 'blue pension book', so I requested some sort of documentation proving that I was enrolled and they issued me a pink book (Has anybody else been issued one of these?).
My question is do I follow the same application process for the lump sum refund as I would if I were enrolled in the National pension? Or, do I apply through Mutual Aid Association? Also, I can't seem to find a pension number on this booklet.
