Hi,
Yeah, so, does anyone where are fish oil tablets in Osaka?!
And, by the way, are they any good for your insides (bones, joints, etc.)? |

Why don't you just eat fish instead? It's much better tasting. |

Why not just order from an American company like GNC and then have them shipped to Japan? I would think vitamins and supplements would be cheaper coming from America even with shipping. |

I'm not in Osaka, but in Tokyo every drug store sells fish oil capsules. I imagine Osaka is no different.
It's not especially beneficial to bones but it is anti-inflammatory so if you have some joint pain resulting from inflammation, it may be of help. Mind you, if your diet is bad and you're eating a lot of inflammatory food, then popping a few fish oil caspules will probably do nothing.
It's mainly good for the blood and so thought to be helpful in preventing cardio vascular disease. |

You're surrounded by fish, oily and otherwise; eat some mackerel. |
