you have to be careful as VTC has a series of schools. i think they're now hiring NETs for the post-secondary schools, known as IVE (Institute of vocational education). they don't follow the government pay scale. as a staff there, the range of salary for a Lecturer is from $27K - $3XK... and they're talking about an increase due to more funding. the nets will be paid somewhere around this range with a subsidy and airfare.

let me give everyone an update:
new proposed salary for Lecturer:
$33K!!!!!
old starting salary: $27K
but it's subject to the council's approval... |
