Sean,
I'm glad you teach EFL instead of travel and tourism. Yokohama should be up near the top above Fukuoka. Have you ever been to Enoshima? |

Actually I don't teach anymore, but don't worry I'm not in travel and toursim either!
I've never been to Enoshima but I agree that Yokohama seems like a pretty decent place to live.
Its a tough call with Fukuoka. Of course, I'm only basing this on brief visits I made. I spent my whole time in Japan living in the Kansai area, so I'm pretty solid in my knowledge of those cities (hence their over-representation in my ranking), but with Eastern Japan my knowledge is extremely limited! Except that I know Tokyo is a hole. |
