I am currently trying to figure out what I need to do to complete the forms in order to apply for the visa in D.C.

First, the medical report. There are some parts of it that say 'other', what does this mean, and will a doctor understand?

Second, on the actual visa application form it has a section concerning 'travel information' which includes the flight dates, etc., and I would like to know if I have to book a ticket through Saudi Airlines before I submit the paperwork to the embassy? If so, how do I do this and do I have to pay? My employer says that the embassy pays for the ticket, so is there a confirmation number or something that I need? If I do not live in a city where Saudi airlines flys to do I have to pay a ticket to where they fly, and they will pay the ticket from there?

Third, if I am being hired with my MA certificate do I have to get the BA certified too?

Fourth, the university that I am working for says that I will sign the contract in Jeddah when I arrive; however, they sent a letter with all the details to the Cultural Mission. Do I need to have the Cultural Mission send me the original and submit it to the embassy? Will the embassy issue me the visa if the employer says that I need to sign the contract in Saudi?

Sorry for all the questions, but some of you are more experienced than me.

Your liaison person at KAAU sounds totally clueless. They are the employer, so they should send you your ticket. Saudia does not fly to Las Vegas (not yet, although I have no idea why not) so you'll ultimately get domestic connections to one of their weekly flights from DC or NYC. Let them do the footwork - it's the last chance you'll get before they make you do all the running about - and I do mean, literally, running about.
