Sorry for the late reply. Here's all the info for them that I have.

I recommend the salon at the New Sanno hotel in Hiroo. It's owned by the US military but anyone can get in there with an appt. and a passport. The guy that owns Room 806 also manages the New Sanno Salon. See China--she's the best.
