Van, can you explain what you mean by naughty boy. I went to the pub yesterday to watch the opening match of the RWC. I told my wife I would be home by midnight. I rolled home at about 3am. She called me naughty.... Is that what you mean?

Your wife must be French. Well done to the Argies!

Nope; you have to do the medical again every time you apply to renew your iqama.

I have renewed my iqama several times, for different employers, during my time in KSA. I have never had to re-do the medical.

Rules and interpretation of this - like most things in KSA - vary in time and space.

Maybe they only make you do the medical if they know you've been to Thailand...or Bahrain on a consistent basis, maybe??

They changed the regulations Cleo very recently. People coming to KFUPM didn't have to do the medical again to get the iqama until last year (at JIC you always did but that was an RC requirement not a Saudi government one).

You may not be asked next time but the law says you should.
