A friend working at the Pi recently told me that foundation is now teaching up to 50 in a class as the administration decided to allow anyone who applied to enter as numbers had fallen well below projected numbers. Is there any truth in this? It seems worrying that an institution with so much money could allow this to happen or more importantly that the foundation management allows this to happen. |

It seems the PI is going through a very strange period at the moment. Rumor has it that they have lost 5 to 6 directors in the past 3 months and its open door policy re admissions has lead to class sizes of 50+ in the Foundation Program. I suppose things like these are required in the name of becoming "world class"! |

50 + in a language class? PI must have contracted South Korean higher ed consultants. |

5 or 6 Directors? Does this include the Foundation Director? 50 to a class sounds crazy? I would imagine teachers are under a lot of stress. Sounds a bit like Abu Dhabi University |

WD, you're at it again. The info you get is bogus, and I'm beginning to suspect that you come up with it youself just to set things off. I apologise if I'm wrong. Perhaps someone gets a kick out of winding you up. What's with you and PI anyway? |

Mines a pint and busted, I did not work at the PI but I heard a lot of great things about it in the past. Now it doesn't seem such a great place to work for any more. Do both of you know a lot about the place for whatever reason? |
