| Please some of you experts long-timers in costa rica, could you send links or property owners in the southern part of the country, limor area. Interest in small property, not more than 1,000M2 for a small business or retirement home. Not interested in promoters or scammers, just property owners/vendors. thanks. |

| hi ole, yes i look at tico times regularly. I trust that is the best way to find without getting scammed. I recently met w/some persons down there, but there is a 3rd party involved and that does not work for me as it raises the price. I am fluent in spanish and can deal on my own so, thanks, I'll continue checking tico classifieds. |
